SSL Encryption

Every page on cvmakeryou.com, including checkout and account pages, is protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This means all data transmitted between your browser and our servers — including your payment details — is encrypted and cannot be read by third parties during transmission. You can verify this by checking for the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar.

PCI DSS Compliant Payment Processing

We do not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers. All payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal, a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant payment processor. This means your card information is handled according to the highest global security standards used by banks and financial institutions.

What We Do (and Don’t) Store

  • We store your subscription status, billing history, and the last 4 digits of your card (for your reference) to help manage your account.
  • We do not store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date anywhere on our systems.
  • All sensitive payment data is transmitted directly to our payment processor over an encrypted connection.

Fraud Prevention

Our payment processor uses automated fraud detection systems to monitor transactions for suspicious activity. In some cases, an order may be flagged for manual review before being approved, in order to protect both you and us from unauthorized use.

To help keep your account secure, we recommend:

  • Using a strong, unique password for your CV Maker account
  • Not sharing your login credentials with others
  • Logging out of shared or public devices after use
  • Contacting us immediately at support@cvmakeryou.com if you notice any unauthorized activity on your account
